FAQ
How much time does this take?
Plan for 5-6 hours per month: a 4-hour group session plus a 1-hour 1:1 call. The real work happens between sessions as you implement what we cover, so budget 2-3 hours/week for that.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Sessions are recorded, and you'll get a summary with action items. But this only works if you show up consistently and we expect you at 10+ of the 12 sessions.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Monthly sessions are virtual via Zoom. This keeps it accessible for owners across the country. We may add an optional in-person retreat down the road.
What makes this different from other coaching programs?
Three things: (1) It's a small group of peers at the same stage — not a course with hundreds of people. (2) You're implementing a real operating system, not just learning concepts. (3) You get direct access to me, not a junior coach or community moderator.
